ورشة العمل الدولية لديجي ويف في الأردن تجمع شركاء من إسبانيا واليونان وتونس والأردن للتحقق من منهج تدريبي يهدف إلى تقليص الفجوة الرقمية بين الجنسين

عمّان، الأردن — غالبًا ما تفشل برامج التدريب التقليدية في معالجة العوائق الحقيقية التي تواجهها النساء في الاقتصاد الرقمي، ليس بسبب نقص المحتوى، بل لأن هذه البرامج تُصمَّم دون إشراك مباشر للفئات التي يُفترض أن تستفيد منها

ولعكس هذا الواقع، أطلق مشروع DIGIWAVE – تمكين النساء من الوصول إلى فرص عمل مرنة في الاقتصاد الرقمي ورشة العمل الدولية المشتركة للتصميم في عمّان. جمع المشروع بين خبراء في المجال الرقمي، وشركاء، ومستفيدات من النساء للعمل معًا على تطوير نموذج تدريبي لا يقوم على الجانب النظري فقط، بل يستند إلى الواقع اليومي للنساء اللواتي يسعين إلى الوصول إلى وظائف رقمية دون الحاجة إلى مغادرة مجتمعاتهن

وقد جمعت الورشة أكثر من 40 خبيرًا وخبيرة من مختلف أنحاء منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط يمثلون خلفيات مهنية متنوعة، من الابتكار الرقمي وريادة الأعمال إلى الأوساط الأكاديمية والتدريب والتنمية الاجتماعية، بهدف صياغة الأسس التي سيقوم عليها البرنامج التدريبي المستقبلي

استضافت جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية هذه الورشة التي تقودها مؤسسة مركز المرأة العربية للتدريب والبحوث (كوثر – CAWTAR)، على مدى ثلاثة أيام، في محطة مفصلية ضمن مسار المشروع. وقد بُنيت الورشة على منهجيات تشاركية أتاحت الاستفادة القصوى من الخبرات الجماعية التي اجتمعت في عمّان. فمن الخبرات الأكاديمية إلى الابتكار الاجتماعي والرقمي، عمل المشاركون/ات بشكل تعاوني على تحديد وحدات البرنامج التدريبي بما يضمن استجابته للاحتياجات الفعلية وخلق فرص ملموسة

ولا يقتصر هدف الورشة على إعداد المنهج التدريبي فحسب، بل يسعى أيضًا إلى إحداث أثر هيكلي مستدام من خلال توقيع “بيان عمّان للتصميم المشترك”. ويهدف هذا الاتفاق إلى إطلاق مرحلة تجريبية منسقة، تضمن اختبار البرنامج التدريبي وتطويره قبل توسيعه لاحقًا ليستفيد منه 200 امرأة في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط.

وفي هذا السياق، قال الدكتور عمر سليمان عربيات، ممثل جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية وعضو في شراكة مشروع DIGIWAVE: "نحن لا نصمم مجرد دورة تدريبية، بل نخلق فرصًا رقمية جديدة للنساء في مختلف أنحاء البحر الأبيض المتوسط ومن خلال الاستماع إلى النساء أولًا، نضمن أن تصبح التكنولوجيا التي ندرّسها أداة حقيقية لتحقيق المساواة والقيادة، بدل أن تكون عقبة إضافية

ويقود المشروع تحالف متوسطي من المنظمات التي تمتلك خبرة واسعة في الابتكار الاجتماعي والتدريب والتعاون الدولي، وهي

Jovesólides (إسبانيا)، ActionAid Hellas (اليونان)، مركز المرأة العربية للتدريب والبحوث – كوثر (تونس)، وجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية (الأردن)

ويعزز العمل المشترك بين هذه الجهات التكامل الإقليمي، وتبادل المعرفة، وتحويل الخبرات المحلية إلى استراتيجية مشتركة ذات تأثير دولي

DIGIWAVE engages experts in Amman to co-design an inclusive digital training model for the Mediterranean

DIGIWAVE International Workshop in Jordan gathers partners from Spain, Greece, Tunisia and Jordan to validate a curriculum that bridges the gender digital divide.

AMMAN, Jordan. Traditional training programs often fail to address the real barriers women face in the digital economy, not due to a lack of content, but because they are designed without the direct input of those they aim to serve.

To reverse this reality, DIGIWAVE-Women Access Versatile Employment in Digital Economy has launched its international Co-Design Workshop in Amman. The project brings together digital experts, partners, and women beneficiaries to collaboratively build a training model that is not theoretical, but grounded in the everyday realities of women who want to access digital jobs without leaving their communities.

The workshop brought together more than 40 experts from across the Mediterranean, representing diverse professional backgrounds — from digital innovation and entrepreneurship to academia, training and social development — to jointly shape the foundations of the future training programme.

Hosted by Al-Balqa Applied University and led by CAWTAR (Center of Arab Women for Training and Research), this three-day event marks a critical milestone in the project’s mission. The workshop was built around participatory methodologies that brought out the best of the collective expertise gathered in Amman. From academic experience to social and digital innovation, participants worked collaboratively to define the modules of the programme, ensuring they respond to real needs and generate tangible opportunities.

Beyond the curriculum, the workshop seeks to generate a lasting structural impact through the signing of the “Amman Co-Design Statement”. This agreement secures a coordinated pilot phase, ensuring that the training is tested, improved and only then expanded to benefit 200 women in the Mediterranean.

“We are not just designing a course; we are creating new digital opportunities for women across the Mediterranean,” says Dr. Omar Suleiman Arabiat, representative of Al-Balqa Applied University and member of the DIGIWAVE partnership. “By listening to women first, we ensure that the technology we teach becomes a genuine tool for equity and leadership, rather than just another hurdle.”

The project is led by a Mediterranean alliance of organizations with extensive experience in social innovation, training and international cooperation: Jovesólides (Spain), ActionAid Hellas (Greece), CAWTAR (Tunisia) and Al-Balqa Applied University (Jordan).

Their joint work reinforces regional cohesion, facilitates knowledge exchange and translates local experience into a shared strategy for international impact.
